Tailored learning solutions for neurodiverse people of all ages
Excellence and artistry to support learning potential in inclusive education

Literacy
We learn to speak by listening to the sounds that people make, so it is the most effective, for people to learn to spell and read through sound walls (tools4reading). Skill work is based on explicit teaching via the LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) program which is rooted in the science of reading, from neuroscience to linguistics and beyond. Embedded within this is my extensive training in MSL (Multi Sensory Structured Learning: Orton-Gillingham), Davis Dyslexia, Lindamood-Bell and others. The literacy program is tailor made to each individual after assessment, and can be presented in person or online.

Numeracy
Neurodiverse people benefit from a hands-on approach to master mathematics skills. These include programs and resources from Numicon, Polly plugs, Dr Paul Swan, Landmark Outreach school, 3D 4fun and others. These have been very beneficial to clients with dyscalculia, ADHD and Autism.

Social and Wellbeing
Neurodiverse people’s learning can be affected by unique complexities around their wellbeing and social needs. Each learning session for literacy/numeracy can also be embedded with social and wellbeing activities to enhance self esteem and positive self worth. Programs such as A Little SPOT of Emotions, Positive Education, Zones of Regulation, friendships and social skills can be tailored to the clients’ needs.

Sensory and Communication
At the forefront of all learning sessions is the individual’s sensory and communication needs. Understanding of their unique requirements is integral to successful skill mastery. I have extensive skills and experience through my Masters in Special Inclusive Education with placements in a huge variety of settings, working in SSP and Support Units in schools and various workshops.
